SHEILA SERRANO
Osteopath and Physiotherapist
I’m Sheila, physiotherapist and osteopath, and for more than 13 years I’ve been accompanying patients in the different stages of their lives to help them understand and take care of their bodies. I have always been attracted to everything that has to do with health and the way in which the body has to “speak to us”. Osteopathy has allowed me to have a more global view of the body and a much more preventive, holistic and integrative way of working, understanding that in order to be in good health, it is essential that all the body’s systems work with each other in a coordinated and balanced manner.
